In response to a growing youth mental health crisis, our team at SKY Campus Happiness has been working faster than ever to bring evidence-based breathwork and meditation practices, social connection, emotional intelligence and service leadership to campus communities. We are excited to announce that in 2021, we expanded our comprehensive well-being and resilience programs to over 101 campuses in the United States and launched offerings in fourteen new countries! SKY Campus Happiness is now being offered in Taiwan, Philippines, France, Germany, Netherlands, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Portugal, France, Poland, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
SKY Campus Happiness is a comprehensive biopsychosocial program tailored for university populations–students, faculty, and staff – offered by the International Association for Human Values and Art of Living Foundation and designed by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. We envision happy and mindful campus communities where students, alumni, faculty, & staff thrive in life and lead with clarity of mind, resilience, purpose & belonging.
We all have seen how the pandemic has drastically impacted the mental health landscape of university and college communities. As we dive into this new year, we remain committed to partnering with student and university leaders to bring an empirically-validated well-being curriculum to every campus. We have seen that each campus has their own set of challenges and strengths. Therefore, we work hand in hand with university administration to design practical and scalable high-impact programming that addresses the mental health of the individual and allows for well-being to thrive on each campus community.
